Job Responsibilities
- To monitor, process, arranging delivery for incoming customer order
- To assist in preparing quotations & Sales Order and ensure that data input all in order
- To monitor and prepare reports for Stock Availability and Outstanding Order On Hand
- To coordinate with inter-department and / or inter-company to ensure smooth operation in place
- To assist in overseeing Sales Operations daily activities
- Monitoring of customer payment
- To communicate and follow up with Customers on their order, when require
- Handling ISO and preparing related documents for yearly audit
- Any ad-hoc assignment
Job Reguirements
- Good analytical skills
- Able to communicate efficiently with inter-department and outsider
- Experience in Sales Operation / Sales Administration will be adding advantage
- Understanding and knowledge in trading environment and business activities will be an added advantages
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
