Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong interpersonal skills and initiative.

Good presentation and organisational skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently.

Minimum SPM qualification.

Must be willing to travel and work in Kota Damansara.

Prepare and develop training materials such as manuals and handouts.

Organise and manage outlet registrations for all training courses.

Maintain and manage the training schedule and calendar.

Ensure a positive and effective learning environment.

Organise and deliver internal and external training courses.

Maintain and update curriculum databases and training records.

Research and recommend new training methods.

Assist outlets with treatment services and scalp analysis.

Assess training effectiveness through outlet visits and ensure the knowledge, skills, and techniques taught are implemented by outlet staff.

Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
