What You Do

Technology and Digital Transformation

• Technology strategy and roadmap: Support the technology strategy activities of assessment, design, planning and onboarding. Keep the AI, digital and data roadmap and the technology budget aligned with the Group Audit strategy. Support the execution and governance of the strategic change plan and report progress against it.

• System change management: Support the prioritisation of audit management system changes from intake through testing and release, and maintain the data dictionary and inventory.

• Support, helpdesk and access management: Support the maintenance activities for the audit management system. This covers support tickets and helpdesk queries, review of user and platform administration and access management, and keeping user manuals up to date.

• Innovation, AI and automation: Lead and/or support technology and innovation initiatives. Adopt leading-edge technology and AI, and use automation, AI and process re-engineering in BAU processes to improve the customer experience.

• Insights and reporting: Produce insights and decision-support reporting, including adoption and operations excellence analysis. Use it to track benefits and show where to improve.

• Vendor and third-party management: Manage technology vendors and partners on performance and delivery.

• Stakeholder engagement and feedback: Manage key stakeholders, including auditors, vendors and Strategy and Transformation colleagues. Address their concerns throughout the change. Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups and data analysis to find improvements and measure adoption and benefits.

• Communication, training and adoption: Support technology and digital communications, such as system update notices and the audit management system website content. Lead training through classroom sessions and videos. These should support knowledge transfer, upskilling, reskilling and adoption of new processes and tools.

Leadership

• Work collaboratively within the Strategy and Transformation team and across Group Audit, inspiring and motivating Group Audit to achieve their strategic goals.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
• Lead by example by modelling bank desired behaviours.
• Champion a prudent risk and compliance culture that promotes good ethics, accountability, and good conduct.

Who You Are

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a change management or internal audit role, in financial services.
• Proven track record of leading transformational change, building high-performing teams, and driving business outcomes through people-centric strategies and technology-enabled solutions.
• AI, Data Analysis and Project Management experience and/or certification is a plus.
• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding on the application of data and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
