Here is a list of job scope and responsibilities for a Crew Petronas:

Customer and Staff Support

• Greet customers polite and friendly manner.
• Assist with fueling their vehicles.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about fuel types and prices.
• Offer customers if they have a Setel or Mesra Card.
• Promote customers on ongoing promotions, by upselling or cross-selling.
• Offer assistance with checking tyre pressure, and oil levels, and cleaning windshields if required.
• Create a good communication and teamwork culture among staff.

Fuel Dispensing

• Accurately dispense the requested amount of fuel into customers' vehicles.
• Ensure the fuel pump is operated safely and securely.

Cash Handling

• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system.
• Provide accurate change and receipts to customers.
• Manage credit card transactions and handle any payment issues.
• Prepare accurate documentation and recording for sales transactions.

Fuel Management

• Monitor and maintain fuel levels in storage tanks.
• Report low fuel levels to the supervisor for reordering.
• Offloading and receiving of fuel.

Stock Management

• Monitor and maintain merchandise in the store.
• Restock and organize products in the store based on planogram.
• Order low-stock products.
• Records received products to the HOS system.
• Monitor and update any price changes.
• Create and pack special promotional products
• Monitor and remove products with approaching expiry date
• Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability, ordering and return.
• Ensure all products are displayed with the PI label

V. Maintenance and Cleanliness

• Keep the fuel station, including the forecourt, fuel pumps, cashier counter, Kedai Mesra, and surrounding areas, clean and tidy.
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in customer service areas.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Safety Procedures

• Follow safety protocols for handling fuel and operating fuel pumps.
• Ensure customers adhere to safety regulations, such as no smoking near fuel pumps.
• Respond to and report any safety incidents or emergencies immediately.
• Prohibit customers from filling more than 20 liters of fuel into containers.
• Ensure the filling amount is limited to 250 liter

Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of fuel sales, inventory levels, and transactions.
• Complete any required logs or reports as directed by the supervisor.

Additional Duties

• Assist with promotional activities or special offers as directed by management.
• Participate in training sessions or meetings as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
