Key Responsibilities

1. L2 Operations & Technical Support

• Manage day-to-day BAU tasks, incident tickets, Service Requests, and Requests for Change (RFCs) across Linux and Windows environments.

• Support system infrastructure proactively and reactively to safeguard availability, performance, and reliability in accordance with strict SLAs.

• Actively engage during high-severity production incidents, driving root-cause diagnosis and timely issue resolution within your area of expertise.

• Perform log parsing, error analysis, and application troubleshooting for grid and middleware environments.

• Maintain flexibility to work in rotating shifts and provide 24/7 on-call operational support.

2. TIBCO DataSynapse Grid & Middleware Administration

• Perform hands-on administration, configuration, version upgrades, patching, and hotfix installations for TIBCO DataSynapse GRID (versions 5.1 and 6.1 mandatory).

• Create and configure GRID attributes, including engine configurations, service type registries, and service conditions.

• Execute GridLibrary deployments, plan scheduled grid changes, and coordinate deployment timelines with relevant project stakeholders.

• Oversee User Management, including LDAP configuration, user/role administration, access controls, and job-related metric reporting.

• Propose operational and service delivery improvements across WebSphere (WAS), IIS, and JBoss application server environments.

3. Collaboration, Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Assist with technical task delegation within the team and foster an environment of knowledge sharing and operational collaboration.

• Document, review, update, and maintain technical runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.

• Align all operational workflows with LEAN best practices and organizational policies.

• Review proposed technology changes to identify operational risks before implementation.

• Engage with technical peers, Development teams, Service Managers, Solution Architects, and Project Managers on project roadmaps and new technology integrations.

• Support transformation projects, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure the production readiness and "license to operate" for new solutions.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

Experience & Education

• Total Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, middleware support, or grid computing administration within enterprise or regulated environments.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• TIBCO DataSynapse: Hands-on experience with TIBCO DataSynapse GRID computing versions 5.1 and 6.1 (configuration, administration, version upgrades, patching, and hotfixes).

• Grid Administration: Proven capability in creating GRID attributes (engine configuration, service type registry, service conditions), executing GridLibrary deployments, and managing LDAP user access.

• Middleware Support: Good working knowledge supporting WebSphere (WAS), IIS, and JBoss application server platforms.

• Troubleshooting & Log Analysis: Strong technical diagnostic skills with expertise in log parsing and issue mitigation for grid applications.

• Operating Systems & Scripting: Strong command of application support across Windows and Linux environments, supported by solid Unix shell scripting skills.

• Cloud & Modern Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, ArmoniK grid orchestrator, Couchbase, and Grafana.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Scripting experience using PowerShell.

• Familiarity with SAN storage, Oracle/SQL databases, and Spotfire Administration.
