Location: Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Team Leader to lead, motivate and manage a team of outbound agents in a fast-paced BPO environment.

• Lead and motivate outbound agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor daily calling activities, productivity and conversion rates.
• Coach and guide agents to improve sales performance.
• Monitor call quality and ensure compliance with campaign requirements.
• Track team performance and prepare daily and monthly reports.
• Work closely with Operations and support teams to achieve business objectives.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BPO or contact centre operations.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role.
• Experience in outbound sales, telesales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Target-driven with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
