Affiliate Executive

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Affiliate Executive to support the daily operations of our affiliate marketing activities on TikTok Shop and Shopee.

The successful candidate will assist in recruiting and communicating with affiliate partners, coordinating product promotions, managing affiliate requests, monitoring campaign activities, and maintaining accurate performance records to support the company's online sales growth.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Affiliate Recruitment & Outreach

• Identify potential affiliates, influencers, and content creators who are suitable for promoting the company's beauty, hair care, and personal care products.
• Contact prospective affiliates through social media, messaging platforms, and other relevant channels.
• Introduce company products, promotional offers, and affiliate commission opportunities.
• Follow up with recruited affiliates to encourage product promotion and campaign participation.
• Maintain an updated database of affiliate contacts and recruitment progress.

B. Daily Affiliate Coordination

• Respond to affiliate enquiries regarding products, commission structures, promotional campaigns, and product samples.
• Coordinate product sample requests and follow up on sample delivery where applicable.
• Share product information, promotional materials, campaign briefs, and product links with affiliates.
• Assist affiliates with basic campaign-related issues and escalate platform or technical issues to the relevant team.
• Maintain good communication and working relationships with affiliate partners.

C. Campaign Execution Support

• Assist in setting up and coordinating affiliate campaigns on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Update affiliate campaign information, product links, promotional offers, and campaign schedules.
• Follow up with affiliates on agreed promotional activities and submission deadlines.
• Support product launches, seasonal promotions, livestream activities, and major online sales campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to ensure campaign activities run smoothly.

D. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor affiliate participation, product promotion activities, and sales performance.
• Track affiliate-generated orders, sales, and other relevant performance indicators.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly affiliate activity reports as required.
• Identify inactive affiliates and follow up to encourage renewed participation.
• Assist in maintaining accurate affiliate sales and commission records.

E. Administrative Support

• Maintain organised records of affiliate contacts, sample requests, campaign participation, and promotional activities.
• Assist in checking affiliate sales and commission information before submission for verification.
• Prepare campaign documents and update tracking spreadsheets.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the superior.

3. Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, customer service, or marketing coordination.
• Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate and/or Shopee Affiliate is preferred.
• Experience in beauty, hair care, personal care, or FMCG products will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and confidence in contacting and following up with affiliate partners.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of potential affiliates contacted and recruited.
• Number of affiliates successfully activated.
• Affiliate follow-up and engagement rate.
• Timely coordination of affiliate campaigns and product samples.
• Accuracy and timeliness of affiliate records and reports.
• Affiliate campaign participation and contribution to sales targets.

5. Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Shopee Seller Centre.
• Experience communicating with influencers or content creators.
• Ability to use spreadsheets to track affiliate activities and sales.
• Interest in beauty, hair care, personal care products, and social commerce.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
