Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and communicate concepts clearly and effectively.
• Use varied teaching strategies and resources to meet students’ different learning needs and abilities.
• Develop students’ critical thinking, independent learning and problem-solving skills.
• For upper secondary classes, support students in developing subject mastery and preparing for examinations.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment and manage student behaviour effectively.
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, projects, tests and examinations.
• Analyse student performance and provide appropriate support and constructive feedback.
• Communicate with students, parents and colleagues regarding students’ learning, progress and development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in curriculum planning and student support.
• Participate in school activities, programmes and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain professional standards and serve as a positive role model for students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
• Proficient in English.
• Passion for teaching and supporting students’ academic, personal, skills and holistic development.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is an advantage.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
