We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the Company’s financial records, reporting, and accounting operations across multiple business entities. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and capable of handling full-set accounting responsibilities independently in a fast-paced working environment.

Accounting & Finance

• Handle and maintain full set of accounts

• Prepare and manage:

  • Invoices

  • Payment vouchers

  • Official receipts

  • Supplier payments

  • Client billing

• Monitor:

  • Accounts receivable (AR)

  • Accounts payable (AP)

  • Outstanding payments and collections

• Prepare monthly:

  • Financial reports

  • Cash flow reports

  • Profit & loss summaries

  • Expense tracking

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records

• Manage petty cash, claims, reimbursements, and expense verification

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records

• Support management in budgeting and financial planning
