We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting and payroll. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is knowledgeable in accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and can work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Handle daily assigned accounting duties and prepare financial and management reports.
- Perform day-to-day finance operations like Account Receivables, Account Payable,
Fixed Assets Management, Cash Management, General Ledger, and other functions.
- Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and records, ensuring timely and accurate
reporting, organize & maintain financial records with proper filling.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns, applicable tax submissions and audits.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other
professionals.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fields.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 2-3 years and above of relevant field working experience is highly preferable.

Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferable as an Accounts Assistant.

Sound knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

Excellent numerical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in AUTOCOUNT accounting software, MS Office & MS. Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and in a team and manage multiple tasks withstrict deadlines.
