About the Role

We are a specialised book and packaging printing company serving local multinational corporations and international clients. We are looking for a professional and proactive Client Service Executive to be the main point of contact between our clients and our production teams.

This role is critical in ensuring we consistently meet high service-level standards, deliver clear communication, and provide a smooth, reliable experience for both local MNC and overseas customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients (local MNCs and overseas customers)
• Receive, clarify, and process print job enquiries, quotations, and orders accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams (prepress, production, finishing, logistics) to ensure jobs progress on schedule.
• Provide timely updates, status reports, and proactive communication with clients.
• Manage client expectations regarding timelines, specifications, and any production constraints.
• Manage client feedback, queries, and service recovery in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Maintain accurate job records, documentation, and communication trails.
• Support the achievement of agreed service-level targets and customer satisfaction standards.
• Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field (Business, Communication, or related preferred)
• Minimum 2–4 years of customer service or client-facing experience, ideally in printing, packaging, manufacturing, or B2B service environments
• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable dealing with both local MNC clients and overseas customers
• Experience in print, packaging, or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning job management systems
