• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Management, or related fields.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with agents, internal teams, and external partners.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with good attention to detail.

• Able to prepare reports, analyse data, and track sales or performance results.

• Comfortable supporting training programmes, meetings, events, and marketing activities.

• Good problem-solving skills and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks when required.

Assist in planning and executing Subsales business strategies across residential, commercial,

industrial, land, and auction segments.

• Coordinate and support training programmes, including scheduling, materials preparation,

and post-training tracking.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, it, training, and agents) to ensure smooth

implementation of initiatives.

• Prepare reports and analyse performance data (sales, transactions, training effectiveness,

and market trends).

• Support content planning and coordination for LinkedIn and other marketing initiatives.

• Assist in managing agent activities, including meetings, group discussions, and co-agency

initiatives.

• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for research, marketing materials, and

collaborations.

• Support the development of sales kits, templates, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Assist in organising events such as open houses, training sessions, and internal briefings.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Subsales team, including ad-hoc tasks

and agent inquiries.
