  • 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline (education not specified in the job posting).

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on data‑driven decision making.

  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that all manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within established quality standards.

  • Develop and implement production schedules, monitor throughput, and adjust resources to meet production targets and customer deadlines.

  • Lead, mentor, and train production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety compliance, and high performance.

  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality issues; develop corrective actions and process improvements.

  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety audits and promoting a safe work environment.

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment downtime, minimizing production interruptions.

  • Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and supply chain departments to resolve product defects, improve product specifications, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

  • Prepare and present production reports, key performance indicators, and improvement plans to senior management.

  • Ensure proper documentation of production processes, change orders, and standard operating procedures.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects, to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower operating costs.

  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, with a proactive approach to risk management.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shift work as required by production schedules.
