Job Description

1. Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts to hit room night and revenue targets

2. Actively solicit new corporate, and group business via sales calls, client entertainment, and site inspections

3. Coordinate events, conferences, and banquet functions end-to-end, liaising closely with Operations and F&B

4. Prepare, negotiate, and finalize corporate rate agreements, proposals, and event order.

5. Conduct regular client visits and account servicing to maintain relationships and repeat business

6. Track competitor rates and market trends to identify new business opportunities

7. Prepare sales call reports, production reports, and monthly forecasts for the DOSM

8. Represent the property at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events

9. Work cross-functionally with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, Operations, and F&B for smooth execution of corporate bookings and events

10. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management

11. Assist with RFP submissions and tender processes for corporate accounts

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field

2. Minimum 2–3 years' hotel sales experience, ideally at Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive level or above

3. Proven track record handling corporate and MICE accounts 

4. Hands-on experience with events and banquet sales

5. Existing client network in corporate/MICE segment an advantage

6. Proficient in English ; Mandarin a plus

7. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

8. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Delphi / Sabre a plus

9. Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision

10. Own transport required; willing to travel for client visits
