• Position: Digital Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing

• Location: Eunos

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$4,000–S$4,500 basic monthly + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

• Duration: Permanent / Full-time

• Industry: Financial Education / Digital Marketing
  

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google.

• Build and optimise conversion funnels, including A/B testing of advertisements, landing pages and sales pages.

• Develop compelling marketing hooks, messaging and direct-response copy across ads, emails, video scripts and landing pages.

• Conceptualise engaging video advertisements and work closely with designers, video editors and content specialists.

• Create clear creative briefs and support the development of lead-generation assets such as e-books, reports and short courses.

• Use Generative AI tools to support marketing ideation, content development and campaign execution.

• Monitor campaign performance and stay updated on new advertising channels, tools, formats and marketing trends.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, advertising or performance marketing.

• Strong copywriting ability with a good understanding of persuasive and direct-response marketing.

• Comfortable working with marketing metrics, campaign data and performance results.

• Creative, adaptable and proactive with a strong interest in digital marketing.

• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, ClickFunnels, HubSpot or Generative AI tools will be advantageous.

• Interest in financial markets, investing or trading would be an added advantage.
