We're looking for passionate, driven people to join our team of Special Needs Interventionists. You don't need years of experience. What you'll get

• 4–6 weeks of paid training, taught directly by QASP-S and ABAT-credentialed professionals, before you start working with clients

What you'll do

• Deliver one-to-one and small-group intervention sessions for children with autism and other special needs, following individualised plans set by your supervisors
• Collect accurate session data to track each child's progress
• Work closely with supervisors, therapists, and families to support each child's goals
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development

Who we're looking for

• Passionate about working with children and people with special needs
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and serious about growing a career in this field
• Patient, energetic, and reliable
• Minimum qualification Diploma/Degree in Psychology, Education, or related sciences & humanities field
• Language requirements: Strong written and spoken English
• Mondays to Fridays, 8am-5pm
