WORKING HOURS : MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9AM-6PM, SATURDAY & SUNDAY OFFDAY

JOB SCOPE :

1. Production Support

• Assist the production team with daily production activities.
• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment required for production.
• Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor, Production Manager, or Fashion Designer.
• 2. Fabric & Material Preparation
• Assist in receiving, sorting, organizing, and storing fabrics and production materials.
• Prepare fabrics, threads, buttons, zippers, labels, and other accessories according to production requirements.
• Handle materials carefully to minimize damage and wastage.
• 3. Quality Control Support
• Assist in checking finished garments for basic defects.
• Check for loose threads, open seams, stains, incorrect measurements, or other visible defects.
• Separate defective items for repair or further inspection.
• Report any production or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
• 4. Folding, Packing & Product Handling
• Assist with folding, tagging, labelling, and packing finished garments.

5. Workplace Cleanliness & Safety

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Clean the workstation and production equipment after use.
• Store scissors, needles, cutting tools, and other equipment properly after use.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production SOPs.
• Organize finished products according to SKU, design, size, and colour.
• Assist in counting and recording completed production quantities.
• Ensure finished products are stored properly and safely.
• 6. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
• Perform other production-related tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Support other team members when required to meet production deadlines and targets.
• Assist in urgent or additional production tasks when required by the company.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,701.00 per month
