Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and support month-end closing

• Ensure accounts are complete, accurate, and properly documented

• Prepare financial analysis and provide clear explanations for variances

• Assist with annual budget and quarterly forecasts

• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts

• Support annual audit preparations and provide necessary schedules/supporting documents

• Perform ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a sizable organization with multiple facility lines (manufacturing experience is a plus)

• Knowledge of SAP and experience in full sets of accounts is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong ownership of deadlines

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accountant.
