Responsibilities
Requirements:
Must have Bachelors Degree in civil engineering from recognized universities approved by PE board.
Proficient in project construction management.
Experience in building civil projects with the main contractor in construction projects in Singapore.
Shall be well versed in different levels of government agencies and construction regulations.
Minimum 15 years of work experience in large scale Civil and Construction projects with Main Contractor.
JobDescription:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of the projects.
Monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and schedule of works.
Assist and support the project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project.
Responsible for awarding delivery orders and preparing contract-related documents.
Responsible for preparing and issuing subcontractor enquiries and the assessment of quotations upon receipt.
Maintain contract documentation and provide advice on pre-tender and post-contract matters.
Responsible for handling cost engineering functions involving budget preparation, cost control, forecasting, and cost reporting.
Practical experience in the related field of building construction projects.
