Mdm Ling Bakery is a Singapore bakery brand built on a simple promise: Love Them All. We bake in our own facility, operate our own warehouse, and manage our own deliveries. Our products reach customers across retail, e-commerce, corporate gifting, wholesale, and institutional channels throughout Singapore.
About the role
We’re looking for a Temporary Admin to join us on a 6-month contract. You’ll support order processing, inventory management, bazaar coordination, and general administration. This hands-on role requires you to stay organised, coordinate with booth leaders, manage paperwork and stock movements, and support day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
Create and process corporate orders in the system
Process all retail pop-ups’ pre-orders
Prepare inventory stock checklists
Record stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records
Print and compile paperwork
Create and print gift cards for orders
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
About you
Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good coordination and communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
Prior administrative experience is an advantage
