The Job:

• Prepare, consolidate and review compliance reports for MAS, senior management and board committees, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely submission.
• Coordinate regular regulatory submissions, regulatory breach reporting and information requests from MAS.
• Liaise with internal Compliance teams and business stakeholders to obtain information, validate data and follow up on outstanding submissions.
• Support regulatory relationship management, including coordinating MAS meetings, preparing meeting materials and tracking follow up actions.
• Assist in preparing management presentations, compliance dashboards and reporting materials.
• Monitor reporting timelines and maintain proper documentation, records and submission trackers.
• Assist in disseminating regulatory updates and communications to relevant Group Compliance teams.
• Support ad hoc admin and any other projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Banking & Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, compliance operations, regulatory reporting or governance support
