Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to secure construction projects and achieve the company’s sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants and property owners to generate business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, tenders and sales proposals, and negotiate pricing, contract terms and payment schedules with clients.
Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements, project specifications and delivery timelines.
Manage the sales team, monitor market trends and competitors, and report on sales performance, project pipelines and revenue forecasts.
