Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the supply chain sector, with a strong focus on warehousing and distribution services, preferably from at least 3 years.
In-depth knowledge of 3PL solutions, supply chain operations, and freight management.
Good communication in both English & Mandarin.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a solid track record of closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Through the application of advanced automation technologies, upgrades to inventory management systems, and continuous optimization of operating processes, JINGDONG Logistics delivers high-quality, efficient integrated supply chain logistics services to customers worldwide. Anchored by its overseas warehouse network, JINGDONG Logistics has also significantly accelerated express delivery services across the United States, Europe, Oceania, Southeast Asia, and other regions. In 2025, JINGDONG Logistics launched JoyExpress overseas express delivery services in markets including the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, France, and Saudi Arabia, while continuing to strengthen its time-definite capabilities in cross-border transportation, customs clearance, and local delivery.
