• Experienced ( min 3 years) for QS cum Asst Project Manager
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs ( proficiency in qs software ), cost estimation, and tender preparation
• Source, evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractrs and suppliers.
• Manage contract administration ( knowledge of construction contracts SIA or others ) , interim valuations, progress claims and variation orders.
• Monitor site progress, co ordinate with multidisciplinary teams and enforce cost control policies.
• Prepare monthly cost and financial reports
• Overall in charge of new dormitory mid scale project in design and build
• Capability to oversee a new dormitory construction project from inception to completion.
• Site level management cycle to ensure project is delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with New Dorm Standards
• Possess Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Project Management or equivalent

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
