Customer Service Executive (2-Month Contract)

Location: Marina One, Singapore
Salary: Up to $2,500/month
Contract Period: Mid-November 2026 to Mid-January 2027

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.

• Perform basic transaction checks and verify forms and supporting documents.

• Meet customers in person when required to explain policy features, benefits and available options.

• Understand customers’ concerns regarding policy surrender and help them explore suitable alternatives.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.

• Assist with other customer service and administrative duties as required.
