Responsibilities
We're looking for a Retail Associate who loves people and good shoes.
What You'll Do
Greet and engage every customer, share product knowledge and help them find the right pair
Drive sales and hit store targets through upselling and good service
Handle cashiering, exchanges and returns accurately on our POS system
Process online orders from our ecommerce channels, including picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Manage exchange requests for online and in store orders, from checking stock and product condition to updating records and following up with customers
Keep the store clean, well stocked and visually merchandised to brand standards
Assist with stock receiving, replenishment and stock takes
Support in store promotions, events and sale periods
What We're Looking For
Friendly, confident and proactive on the shop floor
Prior retail or customer service experience necessary
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Team player who takes pride in a well run store
Interest in fashion, footwear or lifestyle brands is a plus
Available to start immediately
To commit permanently to the team, 44 hours a week
