2-Year Sales Management Associate Mentorship Programme
is designed for high-potential individuals passionate about sales, technology, and business development, with the ambition to develop into future sales leaders within our organisation.
What You’ll Experience
Drive business development and support the Company’s sales growth initiatives
Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
Support the development and execution of sales strategies and commercial initiatives
Analyse market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs to drive business growth
Work closely with sales, technical, project, and service teams to deliver effective solutions for clients
Gain exposure to different areas of the business through structured learning and mentorship
Develop leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking for future sales management roles
Who We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Management, or equivalent fields
At least 1 year of working experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sales, business development, and technology solutions
Self-driven individual with leadership potential
