Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud and proven experience in the Education industry. The ideal candidate will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that support student lifecycle management, admissions, alumni engagement, and institutional operations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions using Education Cloud.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, integration, deployment, and support.
• Develop scalable and secure architecture aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Collaborate with academic, admissions, student services, and alumni relations teams to understand business needs.
• Define data models, security frameworks, governance standards, and best practices.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems such as SIS, LMS, ERP, and external applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and functional teams.
• Conduct solution reviews, performance optimization, and architecture assessments.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support presales activities, solution estimations, and technical presentations when required.
