Responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing Engineer to join our dynamic team at CEI Pte. Ltd.
Responsibilities:
Perform Marketing Engineer for the assigned CFT including account management, scheduling, ECN, project management, new potentials development, quotations, material positioning, E&O, obsolescence claims, revenue execution and cost reduction program
Control and co-ordinate activities among the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members, various functional departments and customers, pertaining to project plan, project tasks and order fulfilment
Identify the relevant activities and critical items that have significant impact on the project deliverables and take appropriate action to resolve them
Review and manage business contractual agreement and settlement
Drive to meet OTD, quality and cost management
Be the voice of customer, rapport building with customers, including monthly and quarterly review of customer feedback and satisfaction, customer audits, driving internal change to stay competitive
Service new and existing customers and acquire new accounts
Manage RFQ, FA and product transfer
Conduct Proactive planning or Collaborative Planning to avoid problems
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
3-5 years of relevant experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing industry for PCBA/Boxbuilds
Strong communication and program management skills
Able to analyse technical drawing/specification is a plus
Candidate with project management skills will be considered
Fresh graduates are welcome
