Possess a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification.

No prior experience in a sales or distribution role is required; training will be provided.

Demonstrate excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and feedback.

Exhibit clear and concise communication abilities, both verbally and in writing, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Develop strong objection handling techniques to address customer concerns effectively.

Show adaptability to changing market conditions and customer demands.

Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.

Display resilience and emotional intelligence to navigate challenging sales situations and build strong relationships.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory in Alor Setar, Kedah.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite capacity.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors within the assigned territory to ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement.

Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels, identify sales opportunities, and address any issues or concerns raised by store management.

Promote and introduce new products and promotional campaigns to retailers, effectively communicating their benefits and sales potential.

Achieve sales targets and volume objectives by actively selling products and expanding market share within the assigned channels.

Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and product performance, reporting findings to the sales team to inform strategy.

Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assist in merchandising and in-store promotions, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and according to company guidelines.

Manage and maintain an accurate record of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using company-provided tools and systems.
