Position 1: Sales Assistant Managers- Location: Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee overall sales operations across outlets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Monitor performance, set KPIs, and drive team productivity
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members
• Identify market opportunities and drive business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with leadership exposure
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Good understanding of automotive market and dealership operations

Position 2: Sales Managers - Location: Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sales operations and lead the sales team
• Drive sales performance to meet monthly and annual targets
• Coach and monitor team members’ performance
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Target-driven with strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiar with dealership sales processes
