Requirement

Working Hours

• Working Days: Monday–Friday

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Schedule: Flexible working arrangements.

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and financial circumstances.

• Assess customers' suitability and eligibility for the financial solutions and personal loan services offered by the company.

• Explain relevant financial solutions to customers and provide appropriate guidance based on their needs.

• Follow up with customers and assist them throughout the application process.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional customer service.

Salary

• Basic salary of RM3,500–RM4,500 per month.

• Quarterly performance rewards:

  • Level A: RM6,000 per quarter.

  • Level B: RM4,000 per quarter.

  • Rewards are based on successful cases and performance.
