KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the BIM Manager in managing BIM implementation, coordination and delivery throughout the construction project lifecycle.
Lead M&E BIM coordination across Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services systems, ensuring effective integration with Architectural and C&S disciplines.
Review M&E BIM models, clash detection reports and coordination drawings, resolving design and constructability issues.
Coordinate with consultants, M&E subcontractors and project teams to ensure BIM models and deliverables meet design and construction requirements.
Monitor BIM model development, submissions, documentation and project deliverables in accordance with BIM standards and project requirements.
Supervise and support BIM Coordinators and Modellers, ensuring effective BIM implementation and coordination with construction/site teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM experience, preferably including M&E BIM coordination on major building construction projects.
Strong experience in M&E / Building Services BIM, including multidisciplinary coordination with C&S and Architectural works.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM model coordination and clash detection.
Experience working with an A1/Main Contractor in Singapore is strongly preferred, with exposure to Healthcare, Commercial or Data Centre projects advantageous.
Good knowledge of Singapore BIM standards, construction workflows and BIM submissions, with strong technical coordination, communication and team leadership capabilities.
