To manage daily warehouse operations, supervise warehouse staff, ensure accurate inventory control, maintain workplace safety, and coordinate the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods efficiently.

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Plan and coordinate the receiving, unloading, checking, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure goods are stored properly and warehouse space is utilized effectively.

• Monitor daily work schedules and ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

• Develop and improve warehouse procedures to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
  

  • Maintain accurate records of goods received, goods issued, delivery orders, and stock transfers.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operational reports.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including stock accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, and delivery performance.

  • Coordinate with transport providers, suppliers, customers, and other departments.

  • Report operational issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
