Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise, train, and evaluate full-time and part-time employees.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and operational productivity.
Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues independently.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, food costs, and wastage control.
Prepare daily sales reports and monitor operational performance.
Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety and hygiene requirements.
Assist management in improving operational efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
in F&B cook and operations, preferably in cafés, restaurants, or dessert establishments.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
in the F&B industry.
Proven experience in staff scheduling, inventory management, cost control, and daily sales reporting.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and POS systems.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Good understanding of Singapore food safety and hygiene regulations.
Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant food safety certification is an advantage.
