QES Hiring! Full Time Service Engineer in Johor - Ricebowl

WE’RE HIRING: SERVICE ENGINEER | JOHOR BAHRU

Are you passionate about engineering, troubleshooting, and providing technical solutions to customers? We’re looking for a motivated Service Engineer to join our team and support our customers in Johor Bahru and the surrounding areas!

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from home and travel directly to customer sites. Please note that there is no physical company office in Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform instrument installation, setup, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Conduct operational qualification and performance verification.
• Provide after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and equipment repair.
• Conduct customer training and demonstrations on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Respond to customer requests and implement corrective actions within the targeted timeline.
• Maintain effective communication and close coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and proper resolution of customer issues.
• Prepare service reports, quotations, and costing documents.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant service experience.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset and positive working attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel domestically and overseas when required.

Work Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Work Arrangement: Remote from home and customer sites (no physical office in Johor Bahru)
