Job Scope – Sales Advisor

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-ins to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Promote and sell vehicles by providing suitable recommendations based on customers’ budgets and requirements.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, arrange test drives, and manage showroom appointments.
• Follow up with potential customers, convert sales leads into successful sales, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with vehicle bookings, financing, trade-ins, quotations, and sales documentation.
• Create engaging social media content and conduct live sessions to promote vehicle inventory and attract potential buyers.
• Stay updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, market trends, and new arrivals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
