Creative and able to contribute new ideas.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.

Assist with lead generation and prospecting activities.

Support customer outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Follow up with potential customers and maintain accurate lead records.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.

Support social media and digital marketing activities.

Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Update customer and sales information in internal systems.

Assist in monitoring sales and marketing performance.

Prepare basic reports and presentations when required.

Perform other sales and marketing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
