Job Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure operational targets, delivery timelines, inventory accuracy and documentation requirements are met.
• Manage warehouse operations cost-effectively while maintaining service and quality standards.
• Monitor material usage, purchases, manpower allocation and overtime.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate follow-up actions to resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control procedures.
• Gather feedback from staff and customers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions and operational documentation.
• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for warehouse staff.
• Ensure staff compliance with established procedures and maintain accuracy in data processing.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and customer service.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable and open to learning.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
