As part of the Accelerated Growth Solutions portfolio, the Inbound to Manufacturing (I2M) business helps manufacturers optimise the flow of materials from suppliers to production facilities, improving supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and manufacturing continuity.

Job Purpose

The I2M Business Development Director APAC will be responsible for leading the strategy and growth of the Inbound to Manufacturing (I2M) product across the APAC region, driving the expansion of a €1.5bn+ business, identifying new commercial opportunities, and positioning I2M as a strategic solution for manufacturing customers.

The role serves as the regional subject matter expert for I2M, working closely with global, regional, and country stakeholders to define strategy, support strategic customer pursuits, and build I2M capability across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Organised into four key pillars:

1. Strategy & Business Growth

• Define and execute the APAC I2M growth strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
• Increase revenue, profitability, and customer retention.
• Support cross-regional initiatives and global customer expansion.

2. Business Development & Customer Engagement

• Partner with Business Development teams on strategic opportunities.
• Lead and support transformational, cross-country customer pursuits.
• Conduct customer workshops and develop tailored supply chain solutions.
• Strengthen value propositions and commercial offerings.

3. Product & Capability Development

• Drive the rollout and continuous enhancement of I2M and VMI solutions.
• Develop sales tools, collateral, benchmarks, and supporting resources.
• Share best practices across the region.
• Build I2M capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing.

4. Stakeholder & Community Leadership

• Build and develop the APAC I2M community of experts.
• Ensure consistent I2M messaging across APAC and globally.
• Influence senior stakeholders, business leaders, and external partners.
• Foster collaboration across regional and global teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong Business Development experience within Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Deep knowledge of Inbound to Manufacturing (I2M) solutions and operations.
• Experience working within regional and global matrix organisations.
• Proven experience across multiple APAC markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A consultative and strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
