Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Relevant experience in HR operations, including payroll and recruitment.

Working knowledge of Malaysian employment requirements and statutory contributions.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with HR systems is an advantage.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee offboarding.

Process monthly payroll and administer statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.

Maintain employee records and manage attendance, leave and probation tracking.

Coordinate employee KPI assessments and performance reviews with department supervisors.

Handle employee enquiries, employee relations and disciplinary documentation.

Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook in line with applicable employment requirements.

Plan and coordinate staff training, employee development programmes, company events and engagement activities.

Prepare HR reports, letters and internal communications.

Support management and department supervisors on HR-related matters.
