Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect Associate role based in Singapore. The Architect will develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for a range of commercial, industrial, and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with engineering and design teams, and managing design changes throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves participating in project meetings, collaborating with consultants and contractors, and supporting project management activities such as scheduling and progress tracking. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, quality control, and continuous improvement of design processes and integration with related disciplines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic, and compliant design solutions.
• Demonstrated at least 3 years' relevant experience in Architecture, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams, timelines, concepts to construction and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or workflow integration is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and strong technical drawing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects and with Green Mark Certification for Architect.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Singapore and the broader region.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with capacity to work in multidisciplinary and culturally diverse teams.
