Tee Rex & Associates is a chartered accounting firm established in 2023 and a member company of YII THONG GROUP SDN BHD. Headquartered in Bandar Puteri, Puchong, with branches across the Klang Valley and Singapore, we provide accounting, tax, SST, payroll, company secretarial and business consultancy services to a growing base of SME clients. We are looking for a reliable, client-friendly Accounts Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for assigned clients, including recording transactions, bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Communicate with clients regularly through phone calls and messages to collect documents, clarify transactions and resolve queries.
• Update and track each client’s accounts status so that work progress and outstanding items are always clear to the team.
• Prepare management accounts, financial statements and supporting schedules for audit and tax purposes.
• Assist with SST submissions, payroll processing and tax computations when required.
• Follow up with clients on missing documents and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• SPM or Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CAT, LCCI or equivalent).
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone; ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple clients at once.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
