Responsibilities
Assist in managing construction contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual terms, regulations, and company policies.
Review contract documents and identify potential contractual and commercial risks.
Prepare and manage variation claims, progress claims, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and counterclaims.
Monitor contract variations, payment claims, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide contractual support and advice to Project Managers and site teams.
Assist in resolving contractual disputes, payment issues, and claims negotiations.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams on contract matters.
Maintain accurate contract records and correspondence.
Guide and support junior contracts staff in daily tasks.
