Polygon Synergy Ventures Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a motivated and hands-on Technician to join our engineering team. If you have a basic technical background and are eager to learn about instrumentation, automation, assembly, and equipment maintenance, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and designers in assembling, wiring, and testing instrumentation and automation systems.
• Support equipment setup, maintenance, and project execution.
• Perform assembly tasks accurately and complete assignments within the required timeline.
• Inspect work to ensure defect-free output and maintain quality standards.
• Use tools and materials efficiently while minimising waste.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, housekeeping, 5S, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Vocational/Technical Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience with basic understanding of electrical and mechanical components.
• Able to use hand tools and measuring instruments safely.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to work in a team under supervision.
• Willing to learn and follow technical instructions.
• Entry-level candidates and fresh SPM leavers with basic technical exposure are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in wiring, custom fabrication, assembly, tool handling, lathe, or CNC machining is an advantage.
