Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bellman cum Driver role based at Park Inn by Radisson in Cheras. The role involves welcoming guests on arrival, assisting with luggage, guiding guests to their rooms, and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions. The Bellman cum Driver will support front office operations, including collaborating with reception to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences. Driving duties include safely transporting guests and/or hotel staff in hotel vehicles, assisting with airport or local transfers, and maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicles. Daily tasks also include responding promptly to guest requests, handling deliveries, supporting lobby presence, and ensuring all interactions align with the hotel’s service standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Experience or aptitude in Receptionist Duties and guest-facing hotel operations.
• Ability to handle Luggage safely and efficiently, including assisting guests with bags and room orientation.
• Willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning to follow hotel standards and safety protocols.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record and confidence driving in urban environments.
• Basic knowledge of Cheras and surrounding areas to assist with directions and local recommendations.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability in shift-based hospitality work.
• Ability to stand, walk, and handle physical tasks for extended periods; prior hotel or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
