Job Description
Looking for a responsible and organised Operations Admin to support our daily operations in the frozen food industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative duties and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Process sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other operational documents.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers, and customers on delivery schedules and order fulfilment.
Assist with inventory records, stock movements, and data entry.
Monitor and follow up on orders, deliveries, and outstanding documents.
Maintain proper filing of operational records and reports.
Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Previous experience in administrative or operations support is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or the food distribution industry will have an added advantage.

Tuas, Singapore
Working Days
: 6 Days per week
