- Academic Leadership & Curriculum Implementation.
- Operational & School Management.
- Oversee student welfare, pastoral systems, and social-emotional learning initiatives tailored to a diverse, multicultural student body.
- Serve as a primary bridge between the school administration and parents, addressing concerns and holding regular briefings.
- Collaborate on the annual school improvement plan (SIP), policy reviews, and long-term visioning.
- A Master's degree (M.Ed. or Educational Leadership) paired with teaching/leadership credentials in international frameworks (e.g., IB, Cambridge, or American standards).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internationals school, preferably prior experience in school operation.
- Exceptional cross-cultural intelligence and strong written/verbal communication skills.
