We are an established, profitable and fast-growing fitness and climbing group operating multiple gym concepts with more than 25 outlets across Singapore.

As our businesses continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join us as a Finance & Accounts Executive.

Fresh graduates (diploma or degree) are welcome, and no prior working experience is required.

We believe that attitude, integrity, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are just as important as academic qualifications or experience. Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

* Maintain accurate bookkeeping records across multiple business entities using Microsoft Excel.

* Consolidate daily sales, monthly revenue and other financial records.

* Record and organise invoices, expenses, supplier payments and financial transactions.

* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper accounting documentation.

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Assist with monthly financial reporting and year-end accounting compilation.

* Support the improvement of accounting processes and internal financial controls.

Payroll & Administration

* Assist with monthly payroll processing for full-time and part-time employees.

* Prepare CPF contributions and annual IR8A submissions.

* Maintain employee records, leave records and payroll-related documentation.

* Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers and external accountants on finance-related matters.

Business & Financial Operations

* Support the financial operations of multiple gyms and business entities.

* Develop an understanding of how revenue, expenses and cash flow affect business performance.

* Assist with financial analysis and process improvements as the group expands.

* Take on greater responsibilities as your knowledge and capabilities develop.

Who We Are Looking For

* Diploma or Degree holders in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines are welcome.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Prior working experience is not required, as training will be provided.

* Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and numbers.
