MACRO EVENTS is looking for a proactive, resourceful and motivated Event Executive / Senior Event Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing events from proposal development and client servicing to project planning and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, understand event requirements and maintain strong client relationships.

• Prepare event proposals, tender submissions, presentations and quotations.

• Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative event concepts and solutions.

• Source suppliers, negotiate quotations and manage project budgets to ensure profitability.

• Plan and manage events from initial preparation through on-site execution and post-event completion.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.

• Oversee event logistics, manpower, production schedules and on-site operations.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to client expectations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business or related fields.

• Relevant experience in event management, preferably in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions or roadshows.

• Experience in preparing event proposals, quotations and managing project budgets.

• Strong communication, negotiation and client servicing skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects independently and work under tight deadlines.

• Resourceful, organised, proactive and a good team player.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required for events.
